Mac Gay is the author of four poetry collections, most recently Farm Alarm, runner-up for the 2018 Robert Phillips Poetry Prize from Texas Review Press. Forthcoming is Ghost Hunt, runner-up for Eyewear Publishing’s 2017 Beverly Prize. His poems have appeared in many journals, including Atlanta Review, Crosswinds, Cutbank, E-Verse Radio, Ironwood, Plainsongs, Quiet Diamonds, and The American Poetry Journal. He teaches at Perimeter College of Georgia State University and lives with his wife Jana, two dogs, and four cats in Covington, Georgia.
